ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-LETTING definition

ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-LETTING. Neither party shall assign any interest right or responsibility hereunder without the consent of the other party. Tenant may sub-let all or a portion of the Property as deemed necessary or desirable in carrying out its duties and responsibilities for the operation of the public school system in Wayne County.

  • Assignment and Conveyance An assignment and conveyance of the Mortgage Loans purchased on a Closing Date in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 4.
