Assignment Change definition

Assignment Change is defined to include a change from a bargaining unit member’s current assignment to fill a vacancy within the same building.
Assignment Change shall include any change in building or buildings, level, and/or department in which the services are to be rendered.
Assignment Change shall be defined as a change in assignment within the same building, and within the same job classification--for example: A comparable part- time teaching position to another part-time teaching position; or full-time teaching position to another full-time teaching position.

Examples of Assignment Change in a sentence

  • Department shall authorize all work assignments by Task Assignment Notification Form (TA) or Task Assignment Change Order Form (TACO).

  • To request a resident-initiated assignment change, the residents wishing to exchange assignments must submit a Resident-Initiated Assignment Change Request form, available at the front desk.

  • The list of known openings will be posted on the SCOE web site and e-mailed to each unit member along with the Request for Assignment Change form.

  • Project Co may only assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any interest in this Agreement in accordance with Part 16 [Assignment, Change in Ownership and Subcontracting] of the Project Agreement.

More Definitions of Assignment Change

Assignment Change shall be defined as a change in assignment within the same building (or within the building complex at either the Junior High School or the Senior High School).
Assignment Change is the assignment of an educator to a position within a given building which is different than the educator’s current assignment, including a change in grade level, subject or department.

Related to Assignment Change

  • Assignment Agreement means an Assignment and Assumption Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit E, with such amendments or modifications as may be approved by Administrative Agent.

  • Assignment Date means _____________________, 199___.

  • Qualified assignment agreement means an agreement providing for a qualified assignment within the meaning of section 130 of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • IP Assignment Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a)(iii).

  • Assignment / job means the work to be performed by the Consultant pursuant to the Contract.
