An Assignment of Service Contracts (the “Assignment of Service Contracts”) pursuant to which Seller will transfer and assign to Purchaser all of its interest in and to the Service Contracts (as hereinafter defined), and which Assignment of Service Contracts is more specifically described in Section VI D hereof.
