Section 3 To meet specific student needs in the district, teaching assistants in Unit C who obtain Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) through an accredited program will be compensated with a one-time payment of $1000 upon successful completion and proof of Board Certification.
Covered Services must be provided by a duly licensed physician, psychologist or Behavior Analyst (including an Assistant Behavior Analyst and/or Autism Behavior Interventionist) or other provider that is supervised by the licensed physician, psychologist or behavior analyst and are subject to HPN’s Managed Care Program.

ABA services will be carried out by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Registered Behavior Technician (▇▇▇), or a highly trained Behavior Therapist under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
