Audit Request definition

Audit Request. A written Audit request is sent by Travelife to the Auditor that details the Audit Assignment/s Travelife wishes the Auditor to carry out. The request includes the following information: - The name of the Accommodation Provider; and - The location city/town, region and country of the Accommodation Provider; and - If the Audit being requested will be an Inspection Audit or Certification Check-up Audit; and - The maximum guest occupancy and approximate number of staff employed by the Accommodation Provider, based on information the Accommodation Provider has given to Travelife; and - The expected duration of the Audit; and - Any Deadline by which the Audit Date must be confirmed and/or by which the Audit Date must be completed.

Audit Request means a written request delivered by any Series 1997-1 Senior Certificateholder to Factors or the Transferor, as the case may be, stating that such Certificateholder (i) is reasonably concerned about its investment in its Certificates and (ii) requests the performance of a Special Audit in accordance with Section 3(b)(1) or Section 3(b)(2), as the case may be.
