authorised scheme definition

authorised scheme means Work Nos. 2A, 3A, 4A and 5A described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this licence;

authorised scheme means Work Nos. 1A, 2A, 3A and 2T described in paragraph 2 or any part or phase of those works;

authorised scheme means a scheme authorised under paragraph 2 of Schedule 1;

authorised scheme means Works No. 1A, 2A, 3A and 2T described in paragraph 2 or any part or phase of those works;

authorised scheme means Work No. 1 described in paragraph 2 of this licence or any part of that work;

authorised scheme means Works Nos. 4 to 7 described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this licence;

authorised scheme means Work Nos. 2B, 3B, 4B and 5B described in clause 2 of Part 1 of this licence;

authorised scheme means Work No. 1 described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this Schedule; “Cefas” means the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science;

authorised scheme means a pension scheme which either:
