Authorised Third Party Developer definition

Authorised Third Party Developer means a person who is deemed to be such pursuant to clause 0. Business Day means any day from Monday to Friday in Western Australia, excluding public and bank holidays in Western Australia.
Authorised Third Party Developer means a person who is deemed to be such pursuant to clause 19.

  • Authorised User means an employee or contractor of the Customer or such other persons requiring access in order to enable the proper operation of the Solution and which have been authorised by the Customer to use the Solution.

  • Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party.   • authorised development means the development described in Schedule 1 (authorised development) and any other development within the meaning of section 32 (meaning of “development”) of the 2008 Act authorised by this Order;

  • investor of a Contracting Party means: (a) A natural person having the nationality of a Contracting Party in accordance with its applicable law; or (b) An enterprise constituted or organised under the applicable law of a Contracting Party; Making or having made an investment in the other Contracting Party's territory.
