Authority Project Manager definition

Authority Project Manager means the employee of the Authority responsible for assisting the Grantee with technical aspects of the Project and is one of the Grantor’s contacts for the Grantee during all phases of the Project.
Authority Project Manager means shall mean the outside consulting persons/firms retained by the Authority as its representative with respect to the design, development, construction, management of the Stadium Project Improvements.
Authority Project Manager means the Authority’s representative authorized to act on behalf of the Authority with respect to a Project and the Design Contract. Examples of Authority Project Manager in a sentence

  • When a Grantee faces increased unbudgeted costs, the Grantee should contact the Authority Project Manager.

  • Subject to prior approval by the Authority Project Manager, costs or expenses necessary to repair or replace equipment damage or losses incurred in performance of work under the grant may be allowed.

  • If a budget adjustment or other changes indicate to the Authority Project Manager that the project cannot be completed as currently planned and budgeted for, the Authority Project Manager will not approve the release of additional grant funds until the Grantee provides sufficient information on how the Grantee intends to complete the revised project.

  • Any disputed item which the Contractor may have against the Authority under this contract or any breach thereof that has been referred to the Authority Project Manager, except as has been waived by the failure of the Contractor to present a timely claim in accordance with this section, shall be subject to negotiation at a Dispute Conference.

  • StadiumCo is hereby authorized to and shall, as representative of the Authority and for the benefit of the Authority, in consultation with the Authority Representative and Authority Project Manager in accordance with the Develop Committee Process, take all actions necessary or desirable for the development and finalization of the Final GMP pursuant to this Agreement and in accordance with the other Definitive Documents, provided that both StadiumCo and the Authority shall approve the GMP Amendment.

Authority Project Manager means the project manager designated by the Authority whose responsibilities are described in Section 11.01 of the Contract.

Related to Authority Project Manager

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.
