Authorization Code is a message obtained through the Card Networks’ Authorization networks that informs Merchant that a Card transaction has been approved. “Batch” is a term that collectively refers to Card transactions delivered for processing in a file and processed within a given period of time, usually daily. “Business Day” is Monday through Friday excluding Merchant Bank holidays.
