Authorization Fees definition

Authorization Fees means all permit, right-of-way, easement, pole attachment, franchise, encroachment, or license fee, charge or assessment of any kind applicable to the placement and maintenance of Network Assets and appurtenances, whether imposed by a governmental authority or a private entity.
