Authorizations and Permits definition

Authorizations and Permits mean all licenses, permits, franchises, authorizations, certificates, registrations, consents, orders, adjudications, variances, waivers and approvals currently in effect issued or granted by Governmental Authorities, including without limitation, environmental permits, operating permits and approvals that are held by the Seller that primarily relate directly or indirectly to the operation of the System, including those described in Schedule 4.14.

Authorizations and Permits means all governmental approvals, authorizations, certifications, consents, permits and licenses of, including filings, notices or recordings with, all Governmental Entities which are owned by Seller and used in the conduct of the Business, and excluding all water diversion permits, which Authorizations and Permits are listed as Schedule 1.1(h).

Examples of Authorizations and Permits in a sentence

  • There are no Authorizations or Permits from any Governmental Authority necessary for the operation of the System as currently being operated except for those Authorizations and Permits listed in Schedule 4.14.

  • All of such Governmental Authorizations and Permits are in full force and effect, and to the Seller’s Knowledge, no suspension or cancellation of any of them is being threatened, nor will any of such Governmental Authorizations and/or Permits be affected by the consummation of the transactions described in this Agreement.

  • For finding permits under the Secretary of Commerce, NOAA utilizes the Authorizations and Permits for Protected Species (APPS) portal (“APPS Search Database” 2018).

  • Accordingly, before and after Closing, each of Buyer and Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and facilitate the transition, including, as necessary, obtaining applicable Governmental Approvals to address Environmental Requirements under the Laws and Authorizations and Permits.

  • Licenses and Permits means, collectively, all of Seller’s right, title and interest, to the extent assignable, in and to licenses, permits, certificates of occupancy, approvals, dedications, subdivision maps and entitlements now or hereafter issued, approved or granted by the Authorities in connection with the Real Property and the Improvements, together with all renewals and modifications thereof.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;

  • Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.
