If performance of this Agreement requires use of motor vehicles licensed for highway use, Automobile Liability Coverage is required that shall cover all owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit each accident.

The amount we will pay for such injury or damage, which includes judgments, settlements and defense costs, is subject to the limit of liability for Automobile Liability Coverage set forth in the Information Pages of this coverage agreement.
Licensee agrees to obtain and maintain, during the full term of this License, and any extension thereof, a policy of Automobile Liability Coverage with a minimum limit of liability of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), combined single limit, for bodily injury and property damage coverage per occurrence including owned automobiles, hired automobiles and non-owned automobiles.
