Any remaining Available Certificateholder Interest Collections shall be treated as Excess Interest Collections, and applied pursuant to Section 4.03(f) of the Agreement.
If Available Certificateholder Interest Collections are not sufficient to satisfy each of the applications described in clauses (i) through (vii) above on any Transfer Date, then Excess Interest Collections from other Series allocable to Series 1997-1 will be applied as Available Certificateholder Interest Collections in the priority and the manner described in clauses (i) through (vii) above.
