Available Certificateholder Interest Collections definition

Available Certificateholder Interest Collections means, with respect to any Due Period commencing after the 1990 Trust Termination Date, the sum of (a) Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Due Period and (b) Investment Income for the related Distribution Period.
Available Certificateholder Interest Collections means, with respect to any Due Period, the sum of (a) Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Due Period and (b) Investment Income for that Due Period.

  • Any remaining Available Certificateholder Interest Collections shall be treated as Excess Interest Collections, and applied pursuant to Section 4.03(f) of the Agreement.

  • If Available Certificateholder Interest Collections are not sufficient to satisfy each of the applications described in clauses (i) through (vii) above on any Transfer Date, then Excess Interest Collections from other Series allocable to Series 1997-1 will be applied as Available Certificateholder Interest Collections in the priority and the manner described in clauses (i) through (vii) above.

  • If Available Certificateholder Interest Collections are not sufficient to satisfy the application described in clauses (i) through (viiA) above on any Transfer Date, then funds on deposit in the Incremental Funding Reserve Account will be applied in the manner described in clause (ii) above.

  • Any remaining Available Certificateholder Interest Collections shall be retained in the accounts in which they were generated and invested.

  • If Available Certificateholder Interest Collections are not sufficient to satisfy each of the applications described in clauses (i) through (vii) above on any Transfer Date, then Excess Interest Collections from other Series allocable to Series 1998-1 will be applied as Available Certificateholder Interest Collections in the priority and the manner described in clauses (i) through (vii) above.

  • If Available Certificateholder Interest Collections are not sufficient to satisfy each of the applications described in clauses (i) through (ix) above on any Transfer Date, then Excess Interest Collections from other Series allocable to Series 2003-1 will be applied as Available Certificateholder Interest Collections in the priority and the manner described in clauses (i) through (ix) above.

  • Any remaining Available Certificateholder Interest Collections shall be treated as Excess Interest Collections, and applied pursuant to SECTION 4.03(f) of the Agreement.

  • If Available Certificateholder Interest Collections are not sufficient to satisfy each of the applications described in clauses (i) through (vii) above on any Transfer Date, then Excess Interest Collections from other Series allocable to Series 1995-1 will be applied as Available Certificateholder Interest Collections in the priority and the manner described in clauses (i) through (vii) above.

Related to Available Certificateholder Interest Collections

  • Investor Interest Collections means, for a Deposit Date or Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Investor Percentage for the related Collection Period, times (b) the Interest Collections for that Deposit Date or Collection Period, as applicable.

  • Applicable Certificateholder Means the Person in whose name an Applicable Certificate is registered on the Register for the Applicable Certificates.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Class A-PO Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-PO Certificate.
