Averaging Dates definition

Averaging Dates means, in respect of each Valuation Date, each of the dates specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day, in each case subject to the provisions of Condition 6(l) as set out below.

Averaging Dates means, in respect of an Index, each of the dates set forth in the Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of the relevant Index, the next following Scheduled Trading Day in respect of that Index, in each case subject to Condition 7(l).

Averaging Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms or, if any of such Averaging Dates is not a relevant Scheduled Trading Day, the next following relevant Valid Date, subject to the provisions of "Averaging Date Disruption" below.

Averaging Dates means each of 20 April 2026, 19 May 2026, 22 June 2026, 20 July 2026, 19 August 2026, 21September 2026 and 19 October 2026.“Modified Postponement” means that in respect of any Exchange Business Day which is a Disrupted Day, the applicable Final Index Valuation Date will be the first succeeding Valid Date. If the first succeeding Valid Date has not occurred before or on the eighth Scheduled Trading Day immediately following the original date, then that eighth Scheduled Trading Day will be deemed to be the Final Index Valuation Date and the Calculation Agent will determine the level of the Index for that Final Index Valuation Date (i.e. that eighth Scheduled Trading Day) in a commercially reasonable manner. For purposes hereof, a “Valid Date” means a Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day and the Index Valuation Date does not or is not deemed to occur.“Exchange Business Day” means a Scheduled Trading Day on which:(a) the Index Sponsor actually publishes the closing level of the Index; and(b) each Listing Financial Exchange or each Index Component Exchange, as the case may be, is actually open for trading during its regular trading session, notwithstanding the relevant Listing Financial Exchange and/or any relevant Index Component Exchange, as the case may be, closing prior to its Scheduled Closing Time;“Scheduled Trading Day” means any day on which:(a) the Index Sponsor is scheduled to publish the closing level of the Index; and(b) each Listing Financial Exchange or each Index Component Exchange, as the case may be, is scheduled to be open for trading during its regular trading session.“Scheduled Closing Time” means, in respect of an Index Component Exchange and an Exchange Business Day, the scheduled weekday closing time of such Index Component Exchange on such Exchange Business Day, without regard to after hours or any other trading outside of the regular trading session hours.“Index Sponsor” means the corporation or other entity that:

Averaging Dates means each of the Automatic Early Redemption Averaging Date(s), the Barrier Averaging Date(s), the Interest Averaging Date(s), the Final Averaging Date(s) and the Initial Averaging Date(s);

Averaging Dates means, if Averaging Dates is specified as applicable in the relevant Final Terms, each of the dates specified as such in the relevant Final Terms, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Business Day Convention specified in the relevant Final Terms.

Averaging Dates means, unless “Averaging Dates” is specified as “Not Applicable” in the applicable Final Terms, with respect to any Valuation Date, such Valuation Date and each of the four Scheduled Trading Days immediately following such Valuation Date, provided that, if any of the Averaging Dates is a Disrupted Day in respect of a Share, the Averaging Date for each Share not affected by the occurrence of a Disrupted Day shall be the scheduled Averaging Date and the Averaging Date for each Share affected by the occurrence of a Disrupted Day (the “Affected Share”) shall be the first succeeding Valid Averaging Date in relation to an Affected Share. If the first succeeding Valid Averaging Date in relation to an Affected Share has not occurred (i) as of the Valuation Time on the Relevant Number of Scheduled Trading Days immediately following the originally designated Averaging Date or (ii) as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Cut-Off Date, then the Calculation Agent shall determine the closing price in respect of such Share in its absolute discretion acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner on that day regardless of whether that day is a Valid Averaging Date. If the Exchange fails to publish the closing price in respect of any Shares on any of the Averaging Dates and such day is not a Disrupted Day, the closing price of such Shares on such day shall be determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner;
