Backup Compound Research Program Term definition

Backup Compound Research Program Term means the date of approval by the JSC of a Backup Compound Research Plan and shall continue for such period as the Parties shall mutually agree in the Backup Compound Research Plan, subject to earlier termination upon termination or expiration of this Agreement pursuant to Article 10 hereof.
