Backup System definition

Backup System means any system used by Seller or its Affiliates to back up or archive electronic data, including backup tapes and other backup or archival media.
Backup System means the secondary piece of Designated Equipment upon which the Software is installed and mirrored for the sole purpose of replacing a Primary System in the event such Primary System is not available or functioning properly for any reason.
Backup System means a reserve or substitute source of energy in the event of a failure in the primary equipment.
