Balancing Group definition

Balancing Group means, in accordance with article L.321-15 of the French Code de l’énergie and the Balance Responsible Entity Regulations, all means of power injection into and of power withdrawal from the transmission or distribution network the Balance Responsible Entity is responsible for.
Balancing Group shall have the same meaning as balancing group in the English translation of the TCs;

  • The DAC Balancing Group affected in each case will be settled separately in the remaining hours of the relevant gas day falling after the point in time when the temporary suspension takes effect.
