Balancing Operator definition

Balancing Operator means the party performing the Balancing in the BeLux Area.
Balancing Operator means the party in charge of the balancing activities within the BeLux Zone, namely Balansys.
Balancing Operator means the person or persons appointed by MDL as the balancing operator of the Maui Pipeline from time to time.

Balancing Operator. (‘BO’) means any entity responsible for balancing or monitoring checks related to balancing and creditworthiness, depending on the national circumstances, such as TSOs, MAMs or any third entity (eg.
