BARDA Contract definition

BARDA Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.2.
BARDA Contract means that certain contract designated as HHSO100201100001C and dated May 13, 2011 between BARDA and Borrower, as the same has been amended through the Effective Date and any replacement contract for TPOXX and/or Product between BARDA and Borrower or a Subsidiary.
BARDA Contract means the Award/Contract numbered HHS0100201100013C and dated February 16, 2011 issued by Office of Acquisitions Management, Contracts, and Grants in favor of Borrower for the development of CMX001 for the treatment of smallpox.

  • Purchaser shall not have any communications or correspondence (whether written or oral) with BARDA, regarding the BARDA Contract without Seller’s prior written consent.

  • Seller shall have the right to enter into the BARDA Contract prior to the Closing in its sole discretion, and Purchaser shall cooperate with Seller, prior to and after the Closing, to request and obtain the necessary written consent from BARDA to the transfer and assignment of the BARDA Contract from Seller to Purchaser, including after the Closing entering into a Novation Agreement with Seller and BARDA in a form acceptable to BARDA and reasonably acceptable to Seller and Purchaser.

BARDA Contract means Contract No. HHS0100201700021C issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to the Seller, dated September 2017, and any amendments thereto and any related statements of work.
BARDA Contract means that certain Award/Contract, dated as of December 18, 2019, by and between ASPR-BARDA and the Company, as modified March 27, 2020, July 29, 2021, September 23, 2021 and December 15, 2022 and as it may be further amended or supplemented from time to time pursuant to the terms thereto.

Related to BARDA Contract

  • Training Contract means an agreement signed by the employer and the Apprentice or Trainee (and a parent or guardian if applicable), in accordance with the Act and Regulatory requirements.
