Bargaining Unit Seniority according to this Agreement shall consist of the continuous service of an employee since the last date of hire with the County in a position covered by this Agreement.
Seniority as used in this Agreement shall be of three kinds: Town seniority, Bargaining Unit Seniority and Classification Seniority.
When the workforce is increased after a layoff, employees shall be recalled according to Bargaining Unit Seniority, in reverse layoff order.
