Base Case Financial Model definition

Base Case Financial Model means the base case financial model agreed by the Parties in writing as accurately representing the terms and conditions of the financing for the Project on a limited recourse or project finance basis and furnished by the Feed-in Approval Holder to the Distribution Licensee on or before the date of the Financial Closing Date for the Initial Financing Documents;
Base Case Financial Model means a financial model prepared by the Borrower forecasting the revenues and expenditures of the Project for time periods through the Final Maturity Date and based upon assumptions and methodology provided by the Borrower and acceptable to the TIFIA Lender as of the Effective Date, which model shall be provided to the TIFIA Lender as a fully functional Microsoft Excel – based financial model or such other format requested by the TIFIA Lender.
Base Case Financial Model means the Initial Base Case Financial Model, as the same may be updated from time to time by any Updated Base Case Financial Model.

  • At least forty-five (45) days prior to the request of the First Advance, receipt by DOE of: (i) a revised report under the Australian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves and industry-standard supporting documentation; and (ii) the Mine Plan, each of which shall be consistent with the First Advance Date Base Case Financial Model and the Construction Budget and which are in both cases in form and substance satisfactory to DOE.

Base Case Financial Model means a financial model prepared by the Borrower forecasting the costs of the Project and the revenues and expenses of the Project for time periods through the Final Maturity Date and based upon assumptions and methodology provided by the Borrower and acceptable to the WIFIA Lender as of the Effective Date, which financial model (i) reflects principal amortization and interest payment schedules acceptable to the WIFIA Lender and (ii) shall be provided to the WIFIA Lender as a fully functional Microsoft Excel – based financial model or shall use such other format requested by the WIFIA Lender.
Base Case Financial Model means a financial model prepared by the Borrower forecasting cash flows, including all funding sources and expenditures of the Project and the availability of Sales Tax Revenues and Debt Service for time periods through the Final Maturity Date and based upon assumptions and methodology provided by the Borrower and acceptable to the TIFIA Lender as of the Effective Date, which model shall be provided to the TIFIA Lender as a fully functional Microsoft Excel – based financial model or such other format requested by the TIFIA Lender.
Base Case Financial Model means the financial model described on ------------------------- Exhibit A to the Services and Supply Agreement.
Base Case Financial Model means the financial base case for the Project attached to this Agreement at Schedule 3 (Base Case Financial Model titled [ ] PPP Project - Base Case Financial Model Version [ ]) in electronic format on a CD, which model incorporates the forecasted cash flow statements of the Private Party including all expenditure, revenues, taxation and financing of the Services together with the income statements and balance sheets for the Private Party over the Project Term, and details of all assumptions, calculations and methodology used in the compilation thereof;

Base Case Financial Model has the meaning assigned to it in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
