Base Components definition

Base Components means the hardware, virtual machines and software that Supplier makes available or licensed under a separate Addendum, if any;
Base Components means: the hardware, software, cloud, and/or hosting environment as specified in the Purchase Order that the Licensor makes available for use by Client as part of the Service.
Base Components means the hardware and software that IBM makes available, if any, as specified in Order Forms and associated Service Option Attachments.

Examples of Base Components in a sentence

  • Vendor will make commercially reasonable efforts to promote Customer’s successful utilization of the Service, including but not limited to maintenance and support of the Base Components, providing Customer with user guides and on-line help, and product support.

  • As between Customer and IBM, IBM retains all right, title and interest in the Base Components.

  • Risk of loss for all Base Components shall at all times remain with IBM.

  • If such a claim is made or appears likely to be made, Customer agrees to permit IBM to enable Customer to continue to use the Materials or Base Components, or to modify them, or replace them with non-infringing Materials or Base Components that are at least functionally equivalent.

More Definitions of Base Components

Base Components means the hardware, virtual machines and software that EPI-USE makes available or licensed under these terms, if any, as specified in the applicable SOW.
