Base Contract definition

Base Contract means a contract executed by the parties that incorporates these General Terms and Conditions by reference; that specifies the agreed selections of provisions contained herein; and that sets forth other information required herein and any Special Provisions and addendum(s) as identified on page one.
Base Contract means a contract protected by the continuing contract law, RCW 28A.405.300. The base con- tract does not include hours or compensation provided under a supplemental contract as defined in RCW 28A.400.200.
Base Contract shall refer to the contract that is equal to a 1.0 FTE or 171 days.

More Definitions of Base Contract

Base Contract means the Comprehensive Garbage, Recyclables, and Compostables Collection Contract, to be the basis for the Contract entered into by the City and the Selected Proposer(s) after completion of the RFP process and is to be the basis for all Proposer rate proposals. A copy of the Base Contract is attached to this RFP in Appendix A.
