Base Index Date means the date of this Agreement

More Definitions of Base Index Date

Base Index Date means the date of the grant of Planning Permission or such other date in respect of a particular sum as may be specified in this Deed with particular reference to Clause 13 hereof in respect of sums not fixed in this Deed but remaining to be agreed or determined at a later date.
