Base Specifications definition

Base Specifications shall refer to the minimum vehicle specifications listed in Appendix C, Light Duty Vehicles including Law Enforcement (Model Year 2014 or Current Model Year) Documents, Number 2, Price Pages, for each Item.
Base Specifications means the agreed specifications relating to the Building (including the Premises), attached in Appendix 2;
Base Specifications means the agreed specifications relating to the Building (including the Premises), attached in Appendix 2; "Building" means the building erected or to be erected at the Land in accordance with the Base Plans and Base Specifications;

Examples of Base Specifications in a sentence

  • It is anticipated that Authorized Users may add Options above and beyond that which are required by the Base Specifications for the Item involved.

  • All Options provided by the Contractor to fulfill the minimum Base Specifications for each Item awarded under the Contract must be OEM products.

  • It is anticipated that Authorized Users may delete Options that are required by the Base Specifications for the Item involved.

  • All Options listed in the Base Specifications in Appendix D, Number 2 - Price Pages must be OEM products, unless otherwise specified.

  • In the event that Tenant fails to respond to such submission within such period of ten (10) days, Landlord may give to Tenant a second notice stating such failure and further stating that if Tenant does not respond within five (5) days of the receipt by Tenant of such second notice from Landlord, Tenant will be deemed to have agreed that the portion of the Working Drawings for the Site and Shell Improvements in such submission is consistent with the Descriptive Base Specifications.

  • Electricity will be provided to the Premises in accordance with the Base Specifications attached hereto as Exhibit I (the "Base Building Specifications").

  • Tenant shall notify Landlord within ten (10) days from the receipt by Tenant of any such submission whether or not Tenant agrees that the portion of the Working Drawings for the Site and Shell Improvements included in such submission is consistent with the Descriptive Base Specifications.

  • In any such event, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts in the circumstances to substitute equipment or materials capable of substantially equivalent performance to any building equipment or materials specified in the Descriptive Base Specifications.

  • In the event that Tenant fails to respond to such submission within such period of five (5) days of the receipt by Tenant of such second notice from Landlord, Tenant shall for all purposes be deemed to have agreed that the proposed change to the Working Drawings for the Site and Shell Improvements is consistent with the Descriptive Base Specifications.

  • As far as practicable, the Landlord shall notify the Tenant of all non-material amendments or modifications to the Base Plans and the Base Specifications during the weekly meetings held between the Landlord’s Representative and the Tenant’s Representative.

Related to Base Specifications

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual. The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.
