Basic Contract Price definition

Basic Contract Price means the basic price of each of the Purchased Items as specified in Exhibit B2 to this Contract.
Basic Contract Price means the basic price of each of the Spare Engines as specified in Exhibit B-2 to this Contract.
Basic Contract Price shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Gross Sales Proceeds.

Examples of Basic Contract Price in a sentence

  • If the application of the formula contained in this Exhibit B results in a Purchase Price which is lower than the Basic Contract Price, the Basic Contract Price will be deemed to be the Purchase Price for such Supplies.
