Beginning Date definition

Beginning Date means the calendar date when a lead - based paint abatement activity project begins (including all on-site worksite preparation).
Beginning Date means the date that the Manager begins (or resumes after a hiatus) to render services under this Agreement.

Examples of Beginning Date in a sentence

  • A mandatory distribution at the Participant's Required Beginning Date will be in lump sum (or, if applicable, the normal annuity form of distribution required under Section 6.04) unless the Participant, pursuant to the provisions of this Article VI, makes a valid election to receive an alternative form of payment.
