Behavior Management System. Harkins House uses a Behavior Management System that is based on youth achieving advancing levels by demonstrating pro-social behavior. Pro – social behavior is rewarded by giving youth points or “stars.” Both the levels youth achieve and stars acquired determine the type of privileges youth may earn in the program.
