Being part of the lamp definition
Being part of the lamp means to be physically included in the lamp body or to be external, separated or not, and declared by the applicant as part of the lamp system.
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Governing Board of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
Relying Party means an individual or entity that acts in reliance on a Certificate or digital signature associated with a Certificate.
