Benchmarking Tool definition

Benchmarking Tool means the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool developed and maintained by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to track and assess the relative energy performance of buildings nationwide, or other tools identified by the Department to collect and track Benchmarking Information necessary for compliance with this ordinance

Benchmarking Tool means the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager® tool, or any additional or alternative tool adopted by the Director, used to track and assess the energy and water use of certain properties relative to similar properties.
