Bill of Rights definition

Bill of Rights means the civil, legal, or human rights afforded to individuals in an adult foster home in accordance with those rights afforded to all other U.S. citizens including, but not limited to, those rights delineated in the Adult Foster Home Bill of Rights for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities described in OAR 411-360-0170.
Bill of Rights means the Bill of Rights contained in Chapter 2 of the Constitution;
Bill of Rights means civil, legal, or human rights afforded to AFH individuals that are in accord with those rights afforded to all other U.S. citizens including but not limited to those rights delineated in the AFH Bill of Rights as described in OAR 411-360-0170.

Bill of Rights means civil, legal, or human rights afforded to those individuals residing in an AFH that are in accord with those rights afforded to all other U.S. citizens, including but not limited to those rights delineated in the AFH Bill of Rights as outlined in OAR 309-040-0410.
