Binding Decision definition

Binding Decision has the meaning given in clause 11.1. Business Day means a weekday on which trading banks are open for business in Perth, Western Australia. C10 JV means, once formed, the unincorporated joint venture between the Seller, the Buyer and Falcon in respect of the C10 RL to be governed by the C10 JOA. C10 RL means the retention licence to be granted over the C10 Area.
