Blended Customer Contracts definition

Blended Customer Contracts means Contracts with customers of Verizon or one of its Subsidiaries, in each case to which Verizon, one of the Contributing Companies or another Subsidiary of Verizon is a party, and in each case which provide for such customers to receive one or more products or services that are offered by the Spinco Business as well as one or more products or services that are offered by the Verizon Business, other than Contracts relating to Retained Customer Accounts listed on Section 1.1(a) of the Disclosure Letter.

For avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 7.8(f) shall apply to services purchased by Verizon or its Subsidiary or Subsidiaries under Transferred Affiliate Arrangements or Tariffs to the extent such services are not used to serve Retained Customer Accounts, or Contracts described under clause (y) above, or Blended Customer Contracts described under clause (z) above, both as of and after the Closing Date.

Therefore, the Disclosure Letter provided by Verizon shall hereafter be deemed not to have included Section 1.1(a) thereof.

Blended Customer Contracts means Contracts with customers of Verizon or one of its Subsidiaries, in each case to which

Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).
Customer Contract means the terms and conditions that Customer accepts to receive access to and use the applicable Offering.
End Customer means the individual or entity that purchases Products from the Retailer.
Major Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.22.
Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.
