Board Protocol definition

Board Protocol means the protocols for the governance of the Liquidating Trust, as such protocols may be amended from time to time by Majority Consent of the Liquidating Trust Board; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between this Liquidating Trust Agreement and the Board Protocol, the Liquidating Trust Agreement shall govern.
