Subject to the provisional booking becoming a Confirmed Booking, the Hirer hereby warrants and represents to the Manager that all of the information provided to the Manager pursuant to this clause 2.5 (whether on, before or after the Booking Date) is accurate, complete and not misleading and this warranty shall be repeated on each day from (and inclusive of) the Booking Date to (and inclusive of) the last date of the Hire Period.
