Border Programme definition

Border Programme means the African Union Border Programme, as defined in the Declarations adopted by the Conferences of African Ministers in charge of Border Issues, held in Addis Ababa, on 7 June 2007 and 25 March 2010, and in Niamey, on 17 May 2012, and subsequently endorsed by the Executive Council of the African Union;

  • Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1 (iii);

  • Computer program means a set of instructions, rules, or routines recorded in a form that is capable of causing a computer to perform a specific operation or series of operations.

  • Programme Limit means the maximum aggregate nominal amount of Notes that may be issued and outstanding at any time under the Programme, as such limit may be increased pursuant to the Dealer Agreement;
