Buffer Days definition

Buffer Days means, with respect to the Purchased Receivables of any Account Debtor, the number of days (if any) set forth on Schedule I with respect to such Account Debtor, as such number of days may be increased or reduced from time to time as agreed in writing by the Purchaser and the applicable Seller.
Buffer Days means, with respect to the Purchased Receivables of any Account Debtor, the sum of (a) the number of days (if any) set forth on Schedule I with respect to such Account Debtor, as such number of days may be increased or reduced from time to time as agreed in writing by the Purchaser and the applicable Seller, plus (b) such additional number of days as may be added by the applicable Seller and the Purchaser with respect to any Purchased Receivable on any Purchase Date to reflect the number of days between the date of such Purchased Receivable is expected to be paid by the related Account Debtor and the date when such payment will be transferred to the Purchaser’s Account in accordance with Section 2(d), above.
Buffer Days means, with respect to the Purchased Receivables of any Account Debtor, the sum of (a) the number of days (if any) set forth on Schedule I with respect to such Account Debtor, as such number of days may be increased or reduced from time to time as agreed in writing by the Purchaser and the applicable Seller, plus (b) such additional number of days (up to seven (7) days) as may be added by the applicable Seller and the Purchaser with respect to any Purchased Receivable on any Purchase Date to reflect the number of days between the date such Purchased Receivable is expected to be paid by the related Account Debtor and the date when such payment will be transferred to the Purchaser’s Account in accordance with Section 2(d), above.

Examples of Buffer Days in a sentence

  • Any mutually agreed changes in Account Debtor Credit Limits, Buffer Days or Credit Spread with respect to a Receivable during the Site Unavailability Period shall be communicated by the Purchaser pursuant to this clause (iii).

Related to Buffer Days

  • Work Days means judicial days (or a day when the court is open).

  • Day/Days means calendar days, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Index Days means, in the case of the SONIA Compounded Index, London Banking Days, and, in the case of the SOFR Compounded Index, U.S. Government Securities Business Days;

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and
