Building Code Official definition

Building Code Official means the city or local official whose responsibility includes inspecting facilities for compliance with the city or local jurisdiction electrical code requirements.
Building Code Official means the individual or designee who is charged with the enforcement and administration of the Building Code of the City of York. (Ord. 1-2000. Passed 1-18-00.)
Building Code Official means the officers and their duly authorized representatives who have as part of their regular duties the performance of building code inspections, or the resolution of conflicts relative to application of the building code. Building Code Official means the officer or other duly authorized representative as designated by the Community Development Director, charged with the administration and enforcement of the following codes:
