Examples of Building Common Areas in a sentence
The Common Areas shall (a) exclude any portions of the Project designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of (i) one or more tenants other than Tenant and/or (ii) Landlord, and (b) consist of the "Project Common Areas" and the "Building Common Areas." The term "Project Common Areas," as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Project designated as Common Areas by Landlord.
All Lines shall be clearly marked with adhesive plastic labels (or plastic tags attached to such Lines with wire) to show Tenant's name, suite number, telephone number and the name of the person to contact in the case of an emergency (A) every four feet (4') outside the Premises (specifically including, but not limited to, the electrical room risers and other Building Common Areas), and (B) at the Lines' termination point(s) (collectively, the "Identification Requirements").
The term "Building Common Areas," as used in this Lease, shall mean the Common Areas located within the Building.
