Building Envelope Plan definition

Building Envelope Plan means the plans which are attached to this MCP and which shows the Approved Building Envelopes and other related matters for the Lots within the Plan.
Building Envelope Plan means a building envelope plan shown on the plan of subdivision that includes the restriction that incorporates this MCP. The Building Envelope Plan forms part of the Approved Building Envelope, prepared for the purposes of Regulation 406.
