Building Guidelines definition

Building Guidelines means the Building Guidelines outlined in this Annexure as amended from time to time.
Building Guidelines means general guidelines, if any, as to construction types and aesthetics as set by the ACC, which may be changed without notice to the Owners.

More Definitions of Building Guidelines

Building Guidelines means the development conditions and building guidelines attached as Annexure B to this Contract.
Building Guidelines means requirements for design and construction of Living Units in the Development. Developer shall have the authority to make any building guideline it deems necessary or proper. Building guidelines shall remain in effect until all Lots in the Development are sold.

Related to Building Guidelines

  • Bidding Guidelines : shall mean the “Tariff Based Competitive-Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power dated 13th April 2006 under Section – 63 of Electricity Act and as amended from time to time;
