Building Mechanical System definition

Building Mechanical System means a DEU-compatible mechanical system, including an internal space heating and cooling and domestic water heating distribution system, for a building located on Designated Property that is to receive the Services;
Building Mechanical System means a mechanical system, including an internal space heating, space cooling and heating of domestic hot water distribution system for a Building;
Building Mechanical System means a DES-compatible mechanical system, including an internal space heating and domestic hot water distribution system, for a Building located on Designated Property that is to receive the Services;

Related to Building Mechanical System

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Underground tank means a device meeting the definition of tank whose entire surface area is totally below the surface of and covered by the ground.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.
