Building rule definition

Building rule means any fire safety rule, equipment rule, or other rule governing any of the following:

Examples of Building rule in a sentence

  • Any Building rule not enforced generally against other tenants of the Building shall not be enforced against Tenant.

  • Nothing contained in this Lease shall impose upon Landlord any obligation to enforce the rules and regulations or terms, covenants or conditions in any other lease against any other Building tenant, and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for violation of the rules and regulations by any other tenant, its employees, agents, visitors or licensees, except that Landlord shall not enforce any Building rule or regulation against Tenant in a discriminatory fashion.

  • Landlord shall not enforce any Building rule or regulation against Tenant in a discriminatory manner.

  • If any provision of this Lease conflicts with any provision of any Building rule, such provision of this Lease shall govern.

Related to Building rule

  • Building Rules means the rules contained in part VII of the rules;

  • National Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made under section 17(1) of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act No.103 of 1977), and published under Government Notice No. R.1081 of 10 June 1988, as amended;

  • Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made in terms of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards, 1977 (Act No 103 of 1977) as amended;

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).
