Building Standard Services definition

Building Standard Services shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.1(a).
Building Standard Services. Is defined in Exhibit E attached hereto. CADD: Is defined in Article 2.2 hereof.
Building Standard Services. Central heating, ventilating, and air conditioning ("HVAC") in the Premises in season between the hours (the "Building Hours") of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, exclusive of holidays observed by national banks in the city where the Property is located.

Examples of Building Standard Services in a sentence

  • All costs incurred by Landlord in connection with providing Building Standard Services shall be included in Operating Expenses.

  • Landlord shall provide the Building Standard Services described on Exhibit "E" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.

  • Any services requested or required to be supplied to Tenant in excess of the Building Standard Services shall be at Tenant's sole cost and expense and shall be paid for by Tenant promptly upon invoice therefor, which invoice may include Landlord's administrative costs and a fee of ten percent (10%) for such provision.

  • There shall be no abatement of Rent or termination rights available to Tenant hereunder if Tenant or Tenant’s agents, employees, contractors or invitees (excluding Landlord, Landlord’s Contractor or its or their subcontractors or agents when acting on behalf of Tenant in such capacity) cause an interruption of Building Standard Services.

  • During construction of Foundry Park II Parcel all such construction shall be done in a good and workmanlike manner and all commercially reasonable efforts shall be made to avoid interference with Building Standard Services, access to and from and uses, consistent with the terms of this Lease, upon the Project.

  • Except to the extent included in Building Standard Services, maintenance, replacement, and repair of all improvements and other components of the Premises must be carried out by Tenant at its cost in a good and workmanlike manner, using contractors approved by Landlord in writing, and in a manner sufficient to keep the Premises and the improvements therein in as good a condition as on the Commencement Date, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

Related to Building Standard Services

  • Building Standard means the type, grade, brand, quality and/or quantity of materials Landlord designates from time to time to be the minimum quality and/or quantity to be used in the Building.
