More Definitions of Building Type

Building Type means the classification of a non-residential building in accordance with the following table:
Building Type means a classification of buildings by function, disposition and configuration that provides the norm against which variations are assessed and classified. Buildings shall be classified as residential, commercial, industrial, civic, or support.
Building Type means a structure category determined by function, disposition on the lot, and configuration, including frontage and height. Building heights are specified in the Zones and Development Standards and illus- trated in Table 2: Definitions Illustrated.
