Company desires to obtain Recorded Documents in Bulk Form from the County Recorder for uses permitted under, and subject to, I.C. § 36-2-7-10.1 and this Agreement.
Upon satisfaction of the payment provision selected in Section 3, the County Recorder, or designee, shall prepare the requested Bulk Form copies for transmission to Company.

Distributor shall not promote, market or sell products resulting, in whole or in part, from the Bulk Form of the Product in a country unless and until Distributor has obtained such required marketing approval in such country.
