All Tariff Payments by the Buying Entity shall be in Indian Rupees.

These obligations are assumed by the Buying Entity as being necessarily arising out of the failure to draw the power generated and duly discharge the payment obligation arising therefrom.
In the event of termination of PPA, any damages or charges payable to the STU/ CTU, for the connectivity of the plant, shall be borne by the Buying Entity.
If applicable, Customer agrees to pay the Fees as set forth in the Order in compliance with applicable U.S. Federal laws and regulations.
