Franchisee shall construct and maintain its System using materials of good and durable quality, and all work involved in the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of the Cable System shall be performed in a safe, thorough and reliable manner.
The Franchisee shall design its Cable System so that it may be interconnected with other cable systems in the Franchise Area.
A Person who lawfully receives Cable Service over the Cable System with Franchisee’s express permission.
The term “complaint” as used herein refers to complaints about any aspect of the Cable System or Franchisee’s cable operations, including, without limitation, complaints about employee courtesy.
