CAISO Dispatch definition

CAISO Dispatch means any Charging Notice or Discharging Notice given by the CAISO to the Facility, whether through ADS, AGC or any successor communication protocol, communicating an Ancillary Service Award (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) or directing the Facility to charge or discharge at a specific MW rate for a specific period of time or to a specified Stored Energy Level.
CAISO Dispatch means any Charging Notice or Discharging Notice given by the CAISO to the Facility, whether through ADS, AGC or any successor communication protocol, communicating an Ancillary Service Award (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) or directing the Storage Facility to charge or discharge at a specific MW rate for a specified period of time or amount of MWh.

  • Public Works Projects from $5,000 to $75,000 shall be paid by progress payments or by payment upon completion of the work as established in the Contract.

  • When the Scheduling Coordinator on behalf of the Distributed Energy Resource Provider submits a Bid, the Distributed Energy Resource Provider will, by the operation of this Section 4.2.4.1, warrant to the CAISO that it has the capability to provide that service in accordance with the CAISO Tariff and that it will comply with CAISO Dispatch Instructions for the provision of the service in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • When the Scheduling Coordinator on behalf of the Participating Generator submits a Bid, the Participating Generator will, by the operation of this Section 4.3.1, warrant to the CAISO that it has the capability to provide that service in accordance with the CAISO Tariff and that it will comply with CAISO Dispatch instructions for the provision of the service in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • If NCPA’s Scheduling Coordinator submits Bids to provide Energy or Ancillary Services from a Generating Unit or Load of NCPA’s System, NCPA warrants to the CAISO that it has the capability to provide that service in accordance with the CAISO Tariff and that it shall comply with CAISO Dispatch Instructions for the provision of service in accordance with this Agreement.

Related to CAISO Dispatch

  • Dispatch means the act of reducing all or a portion of the electrical consumption of the PDR pursuant to a Dispatch Instruction.

  • Peak-Hour Dispatch means, for purposes of calculating the Energy and Ancillary Services Revenue Offset under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5, an assumption, as more fully set forth in the PJM Manuals, that the Reference Resource is committed in the Day-Ahead Energy Market in four distinct blocks of four hours of continuous output for each block from the peak-hour period beginning with the hour ending 0800 EPT through to the hour ending 2300 EPT for any day when the average day-ahead LMP for the area for which the Net Cost of New Entry is being determined is greater than, or equal to, the cost to generate (including the cost for a complete start and shutdown cycle) for at least two hours during each four-hour block, where such blocks shall be assumed to be committed independently; provided that, if there are not at least two economic hours in any given four-hour block, then the Reference Resource shall be assumed not to be committed for such block; and to the extent not committed in any such block in the Day- Ahead Energy Market under the above conditions based on Day-Ahead LMPs, is dispatched in the Real-Time Energy Market for such block if the Real-Time LMP is greater than or equal to the cost to generate under the same conditions as described above for the Day-Ahead Energy Market.

  • Outage means the elapsed net-resolution time during which it is not possible to log-in to the Production Environment by any User, as determined by IFS or the Cloud Platform Vendor from automated health monitoring and system logs, due to a failure in the Cloud Platform. The duration of an Outage is measured during Service Hours on a net-resolution time basis from which the accumulated time for all Clock-Stop Events related to the Outage will be deducted, until the Outage has been temporarily or permanently resolved.

  • Economic Dispatch means the sending of dispatch instructions to generation units to minimize the cost of reliably meeting load demands.

  • Delivery service means the providing of electric transmission or distribution to a retail customer.
