CAISO Protocols definition

CAISO Protocols means the Tariff, Business Practice Manuals, and the governing rules of the CAISO’s operations.
CAISO Protocols means all present and future protocols as in effect from time to time under the authority of the CAISO.
CAISO Protocols means the rules, protocols, procedures, and standards promulgated by the CAISO (as amended from time to time) to be compiled with by the CAISO, Scheduling Coordinators, Participating TOs and all other market participants in relation to the operation of the CAISO controlled grid and the participation in the market for Energy and Ancillary Services in accordance with the CAISO tariff.

  • Participating TOs shall be responsible for operating and maintaining those lines and facilities in accordance with this Agreement, the Applicable Reliability Criteria, the Operating Procedures, and other criteria, CAISO Protocols, procedures, and directions of the CAISO issued or given in accordance with this Agreement.

  • It shall act in accordance with Good Utility Practice, applicable law, the CAISO Tariff, CAISO Protocols, the Operating Procedures, and the Applicable Reliability Criteria.

  • During the Delivery Term, each Party or each Party’s SC shall conduct all Scheduling in full compliance with the applicable CAISO Tariff, CAISO Protocols and scheduling practices for Energy in the DA Market or HASP/RT Market, as applicable, as such terms are defined in the CAISO Tariff.
